Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it,

unworn or unused, with tags,

in its original packaging, and

accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note that returns should be sent to the original address where the goods were shipped.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with:

a return shipping label, and

instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items),

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 

⚠️ Special note for personal care products (e.g., beauty products):
For hygiene reasons, personal care products do not need to be sent back if you request a refund. However, the refund amount will still be limited to 40% of the original payment.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

👉 If approved, only 40% of the original payment will be refunded.
The remaining 60% is considered non-refundable costs (including shipping, logistics, and handling fees).

 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 -10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
